2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
• There are significant printing errors or quality issues that do not match the approved design.
• The product does not match the specifications mentioned during order confirmation.
  
  

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom-printed products with errors that were approved by the customer before printing.
• Minor color variations due to printing processes.
• Damages caused due to customer mishandling after delivery.
• Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer.
  
  

4. Return Process

If you are eligible for a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide order details, images, and a description of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, return the product in its original condition to our office.
   
   

5. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  
  

6. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once the printing process has started, cancellation is not allowed.
